Permanent adhesive vinyl decal. The image shown is made in a shiny gold color, but yours can be whatever color you want. For use on vehicles/bumper sticker/windows and more. Not for use on surfaces such as walls due to the permanent nature. It will not peel off and re-stick.
Whatever surface you put it on, that will be the background color as these decals do not have a background.
