MY REVIEW: As a therapist, I agree with the goal setting strategies in this book. It is simple, short, and user friendly. The author gives practical advice on how to prioritize, using the analogy that most people have heard by now, of fitting large pebbles, small pebbles, and sand into a glass jar. The analogy is that if you start with the important things (the large pebbles) then the other things fall into place around them. This book offers practical advice on choosing which are the “large pebbles” in your life, and also choosing which things you can let go of. The “do less” strategy, as the author calls it. 5 stars.
