Pounding eyelids dreading light.
Flaking skin avoiding the chill;
the sun has gone into hibernation,
and the clouds are having a ball.
Are the snowflakes out to play already?
Soft pillows huddling my head.
Big blankets concealing my sanity.
An ominously aggravating buzz
tears into the grooves of my brain.
Monday has come again.
