I asked Nick to send me something through the contact form so I could make sure it works correctly. Instead of just putting "blah, blah, blah" in all the forms, he sent me this entertaining little synopsis that had me literally laughing out loud in my office. I threatened to share it on the blog. He didn't think I'd do it. Enjoy!
PS, the words in parentheses are my addition.

Synopsis
Ralf, a dog, is left home alone while his owners go off to work.
(Poor Ralf. He's going to have abandonment issues)
The day seems never-ending,
(and he cries a lot and ticks off the neighbors. You might get evicted if he doesn't cut that out)
but when Ralf sees a stray cat outside, the two bond and spend hours making faces at each other.
(Great, now there's dog slobber all over the window, and the cat totally ruined the flowers in the window-box planter)
When Ralf's owners come home from work, they scare the cat away and Ralf busts through the door when they come in to search for his new friend.
(The owners don't even care enough to go after him!)
The two play in the park, and at the end of the day, Ralf brings the cat home.
(Willingly? I don't know; I think the cat might be his hostage or something. What's Ralf really up to?)
The owners are sceptical at first, but see the bond between the two and are soon accepting the stray cat as a new member of the family.
(At least now their windows will stay clean and their flowers won't get trampled. The vase on the end-table is a different story.)
And Ralf was never left home alone again...
(Yeah, because now he has a hostage. That poor cat....)
