1. Cinnamon Mug Cake
Prep Time: 5 Minutes, Cook Time: 2 minutes
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 large egg
2 1/2 tablespoon whole milk
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon sugar
1/4 cup self-rising flour
Instructions:
- In a small bowl combine melted butter, vanilla extract, egg, cinnamon, sugar, cinnamon sugar, and egg.
- Add flour after everything is well combined
- Add to mug and microwave for 2 minutes
- Optional: Serve with whipped cream
2. No-Churn Cinnamon Ice Cream
Prep Time: 5 Minutes, Cook Time: Freeze Overnight
Ingredients:
2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 teaspoon Saigon cinnamon (recommended McCormick)
1 (14 oz) can of sweetened condensed milk
Instructions:
- In large bowl with electric mixer whip the heavy cream to form stiff peaks
- Add cinnamon to whipped cream while mixer is on a low speed
- Add sweetened condensed milk to mixture on low speed
- Pour into freezer-safe container and freeze overnight.
Prep Time: 5 Minutes, Cook Time: Freeze Overnight
Ingredients:
1 chocolate instant pudding packet (recommended Jell-O)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 cups whole milk
1 cup thawed Cool Whip
Optional: Whipped cream for topping
Instructions:
- Combine pudding mix, whole milk, and cinnamon
- Stir in Cool Whip
- Refrigerate overnight
- Serve with whipped cream
4. Cinnamon Chocolate Chip Brownies
Prep Time: 15 Minutes, Cook Time: 30 Minutes
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups granulated sugar
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
4 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup melted butter (2 sticks)
2 cups mini milk chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350˚
- Line a 9 X 13 inch baking dish with parchment paper
- In large bowl combine flour, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, sugar, and cocoa powder
- In medium bowl combine melted butter, vanilla extract, and eggs (1 at a time) until smooth
- Add medium bowl mixture to large bowl in thirds
- Note: Add 1/3 medium to large & mix, add 2/3 medium to large & mix, add 3/3 medium to large & mix
- Add mini chocolate chips
- Bake 25–30 minutes. Cool 15–20 minutes before serving
5. Cinnamon Milkshake
Prep Time: 5 Minutes, Cook Time: 2 Minutes
Ingredients:
2 cups whole milk
2 cups vanilla bean ice cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
5–10 ice cubes
Instructions:
Combine milk, ice cream, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and ice in a blender on medium-high for 1 minute or until smooth. Pour milkshake into glass and enjoy.
