Not everyone can afford to hire a dietician to customize a diet plan that is right for them, and not all diets are a one-size-fits all approach for everyone when it comes to weight loss. I have seen in my own counseling practice many patients struggling with weight loss and diet who have tried the fad diets that become popular and still cannot lose weight.
